Advocacy

FJATA is a part of two government organizations formed to discuss and advise on policy that will guide the future of the global supply chain: the National Shipper Advisory Committee (NSAC) and Freight Logistics Optimization Works (FLOW). Established in 2021 and 2022 respectively, these organizations were created as a response to the supply chain delays and issues of the COVID-19 pandemic. They discuss long-term solutions to systemic issues, as well as ways to sustain consistent freight movement.
