Although fashion jewelry is not part of List 3 there are some component parts used in fine jewelry that are affected.
The link to the USTR Tariff’s exclusion process for List #3 is now live. You can click on the link below to request an exclusion. There are specific details you will need to provide such as the 10-digit subheading of the item, product name, description, gross revenue data by quarter, etc. The site will be up through the end of September 2019.

USTR invites interested parties, including trade associations, to submit requests for exclusion from the additional duties under the $200 Billion Tariff Action (List 3). See 84 FR 29576dated June 24, 2019.
To file a request for exclusion from the $200 Billion Tariff Action (List 3), log in to the USTR Exclusions Portal. Click “Create an Account” to register as a Requesting Organization or Third Party on behalf of one or more organizations.
